Processing Steps
Subscription is only for customers who register and subscribe to Jackery Shopify. Customers do not want to receive marketing emails and need to cancel the subscription. You can refer to the following steps for processing:
1. Log in to the Shopify background, select the application -- select Klaviyo -- log in to the Klaviyo background. Shopify account and password, Klaviyo account password and corresponding platform person in charge information can be queried in this form:
2. Switch to the corresponding site
3. Search the customer's mailbox. If the customer subscribes to this site, you can find Profiles
4. Click to enter the homepage and cancel the subscription.
If the customer's attitude is more determined, you can also delete the homepage.

Customers can usually unsubscribe on their own. When a customer does not understand how to unsubscribe or has unsubscribed but still receives marketing information (and is dissatisfied with it), we will try our best to assist. One thing to note is that it is possible that the customer has not subscribed to the order corresponding site, or has canceled the subscription to the order corresponding site,However, the message is still received. After verifying all the subscription information of UK and EU, you can ask the American colleague Jessie to confirm whether the customer's mailbox is subscribed in CA/US. If so, you can help the customer cancel the subscription to avoid customer complaints caused by incomplete handling of any problems.
