Processing Steps
- Customer needs to change the account:
1.1 The email address of the account cannot be changed. If the customer needs to change the email address of the account, please guide them to follow the steps below;
① Register account again with new email
② Cancel the old email account
1.2 Reminding customers of important matters: Once the account is cancelled, all points will be reset to zero, and this email address cannot be used for registration again. If the customer still insists on cancelling the account, then you can provide assistance.
- Customer needs to change the password:
2.1 If the customer forgets the password, the password can be reset on the login page by clicking on "Forget Password".
2.2 The customer can make the modification after logging into the account. The modification path is: [My Homepage] —— [Change Password]
