If the customer needs to merge accounts, you can explain the following points to the customer:

1. Due to system restrictions, the order records and points of the account cannot be merged and inherited.
2. If the customer only needs to keep one account, the points in the cancelled account will be cleared. Once the account is cancelled, the mailbox will never be able to register as a member again.
3. If customer needs to cancel the email account, please have customer provide email information.
