Processing Steps
If customer needs to cancel the account. Please refer to the following steps:
① Confirm the email address of the account to be cancelled.
② Inform the customer in advance of the following precaution and obtain the customer's confirmation before cancellation:
After cancellation, all points in the account will be automatically reset to zero.
③Log in to the OS system to search and cancel the account.
