USB automatically turns off

Fault symptom: The USB will automatically turn off after being connected to a low-load device (such as a Bluetooth headset) for a period of time.

Troubleshooting steps:

① Check whether the battery level is sufficient (when the battery level is low, the device will automatically shut down due to battery depletion).

② Please confirm whether the energy-saving mode (marked as 12H) is enabled. Only when the USB is in this state can it charge low-load devices for an extended period. If the screen does not show 12H indicator, please long press the DISPLAY key to activate it.

③ After ruling out the above reasons, please contact the customer service staff for handling.
