No response when car charger charges 100Plus

Fault symptom: INPUT does not display charging power

Troubleshooting steps:

① Confirm that the car charging line, car cigarette lighter socket and 100Plus are securely connected. The looseness or poor contact may prevent charging.

② The output of the car cigarette lighter must meet the standard of not less than 12V/5A/60W; if the power is insufficient, the overload protection mechanism will be triggered and the charging function will be blocked.

③ Please ensure that the charging line is normal. Check whether the car charging line and transfer line are damaged or broken.

④ If the first charging port is abnormal, please switch to another standby charging port of 100Plus for retesting.

⑤ After ruling out the above reasons, please contact the customer service staff for handling.
