Solar panels cannot be charged after connecting with 100Plus

Troubleshooting steps:

① Check whether the connection between the solar panel output cable/patch cord and 100Plus is secure and correct.

② Confirm the usage conditions of solar panels (no shelter, no glass barrier, and with sufficient light outdoors).

③ Check whether the solar panel itself is in good working condition (failure will prevent charging).

④ If the remaining battery level of the power supply is 100%, it is normal that the device cannot be charged (due to full battery level protection).
