Abnormal display when charging the energy storage power supply may be caused by the internal failure of the energy storage power supply. If you encounter the following problems when charging the stored energy power supply, please follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and solve the problem of abnormal charging display.
Phenomenon 1: The display does not show all the characters or displays garbled codes.
Phenomenon 2: the screen flashes when charging, and the screen does not show the charging power
Phenomenon 3: After plugging in the charger, the screen shows that the charging power is 100% full, but after unplugging the charger, it becomes 0, and the screen displays an abnormal symbol (suggesting overload or low battery).
Please follow the steps below to deal with the problem of abnormal screen display during charging
Step 1: Check the display
The charging information should be clearly displayed when the energy storage is charging, with complete characters and no garbled codes. If the display shows incomplete characters and garbled codes, you can reset the power supply, if it does not return to normal after reset, it is an internal fault.
Step 2: Check the energy storage power
Normal storage power supply will show the charging power on the screen when charging, and the percentage of power will gradually rise. If after connecting the charger, the screen does not show the charging power, the power does not grow, and after unplugging the charger, the power becomes 0 or the device is unresponsive, these are caused by internal faults.
