Low charging power of an energy storage power supply can be caused by high residual power level of the power supply, charger malfunction, and internal malfunction of the energy storage power supply. If your power supply has the following problems when charging, please follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and solve the charging problem.
Phenomenon: When connecting the charger for charging, the charging power displayed on the screen is low and differs greatly from the normal charging power.
Please follow the steps below to deal with the above problem
Step 1: Check the charger
Check if the charger is an original charger (check the charging parameters provided on the charger label and user manual). Non-original charger will result in failure to charge, or low charging power. If there are different models of energy storage power supply, the chargers of each model should not be mixed.
Step 2: Check the display of the storage power supply
Check the storage power display to confirm the remaining power when the storage power is charging. The storage power supply has less charging power when the remaining power is high; the charging power is maximum in low power conditions (it is recommended to confirm when there is 20% power remaining); the storage power supply charging power will gradually decrease with the increase of power. It is necessary to charge at low power in order to correctly reflect the charging power problem.
Step 3: Replace the charger.
If there is no problem in the above check, please replace the charger for troubleshooting; if the charging power returns to normal after replacing the charger, it is a charger problem; if there is no improvement after replacing the charger, it is an internal fault.
Solution: Contact customer service personnel for after-sale treatment (charger replacement or repair).
Note: Please use the original charger for charging, and do not mix different types of chargers.
