The problem of the energy storage power supply not charging fully (not able to charge to 100%) may be: the total time of charging is not up to standard, charger problem, internal failure of the energy storage power supply. If your power supply charging the following problems, please follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and solve the charging problem.
Phenomenon:
1. The energy storage power supply can not be fully charged within the specified time (less than 100% of the power displayed on the screen)
2. Energy storage power supply charging more than the specified length of time still can not be full to 100%
Please follow the steps to deal with the above problems
Step 1: Check the charger
Check whether the charger is the original charger, and also check whether the charging power is normal from the display of the stored energy power. If you use a non-original charger with low charging power, it will not be able to be fully charged in the specified time.
Step 2: Confirm the charging duration
Check whether the charging duration is in accordance with the standard. In addition, there is a deviation in the capacity of the energy storage power supply (there is a situation where the actual capacity is larger than the nominal capacity), in this case, you can extend the charging time appropriately on the basis of the standard charging time (more than 30 minutes), and observe whether it can be fully charged to 100%. If it still can not be charged to 100%, it is an internal fault.
Step 3: Reset to correct the charge level.
If the charging time exceeds the standard full time by more than 1 hour and the device still cannot be fully charged, reset the reset to correct the power level and continue charging. Try charging for 30 minutes to see if it can be filled; if it still can't be charged, it is an internal fault.
Solution: Contact customer service personnel for maintenance.
Note: Please use the original charger for charging.
