The USB port of the energy storage power supply automatically closes after a period of normal use and becomes unusable. This may be caused by the energy storage power supply running out of power, small load energy saving mode, or internal failure. If your power supply has the following problems, please follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and solve the output problem.
Phenomenon: USB can be used normally, but it automatically turns off after a period of use and cannot be used anymore.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve output issues.
Step 1: Check the energy storage power supply display
Check the energy storage power supply display to ensure sufficient power. If the battery is depleted, USB will interrupt output. Under normal conditions, the display shows the power consumption of the USB device, and the power percentage gradually decreases with time.
Step 2: Check USB Device
The USB output of the energy storage power supply has a small load identification function. For devices that consume less power, the output will be automatically turned off after a certain period of time (power consumption is less than 2W). Common small load devices: Bluetooth headsets, smart bracelets. It is normal for a low-power device to automatically shut down the USB after being used for a period of time. You can enable the button again or allow the power usage to exceed the set shutdown conditions. The shutdown time of low-power devices (default 12H) can be set in the APP for APP models.
If it is not a low-power device, the energy storage power supply has sufficient power and the output is automatically turned off, which is an internal fault.
