1. Click the Add button or click the "+" sign in the upper right corner
2. Turn on the device and make sure the Bluetooth and WIFI icons on the screen are blinking.
3. Scan the attached device (if there is a scannable device, it will be displayed in a list)
4. Click on the corresponding device list to bind the device, and then the device details page will be displayed.

The screen shot for Bluetooth Configuration indicates that one should be able to turn on Bluetooth (and WiFi?) with a button to the left of the screen. On my unit, the only button on that position turns on the light on the front of the unit. There are no buttons to turn on Bluetooth and/or WiFi.
