Processing Steps
Guide the customer to conduct the following checks:
- Country selection The country selected must be consistent with the registered location (for example, if an European account chooses USA will cause log in failure).
- Verification code issue ① Check the inbox first; ② Then check the junk folder; ③ Confirm the account settings (check if "rejection of deliveries" is enabled); ④ If "rejection of deliveries" has been disabled and still no information is received, it is recommended to change to another email address (such as Gmail) and register again.
