Please follow the steps below to check whether the issue can be resolved:
1. Check whether the Bluetooth icon on the portable power station’s display is flashing.
– If it is flashing, please attempt to connect while it remains in this state.
– If the icon is not displayed or not flashing, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons simultaneously until the icon begins flashing, then try connecting again.
2. For optimal connectivity, keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the portable power station.
3. If your smartphone is connected to many Bluetooth devices simultaneously, interference may occur and cause disconnections. Please temporarily disconnect any unnecessary devices.
4. Please verify Bluetooth compatibility between your smartphone and the power station. The power station uses Bluetooth 5.0. Compatibility is generally excellent when both devices support Bluetooth 5.0 or later; however, significant version mismatches may lead to unstable connections.
5. Wireless interference from nearby devices—such as microwave ovens or Wi-Fi routers—can affect Bluetooth performance. Please move away from such sources before attempting to reconnect.
