When the “F9” error appears while powering a device via the USB output:
1. Please provide details of the device you are using (product name, voltage, current, and power consumption). Also, please confirm whether your device complies with the portable power station’s USB output specifications.
2. Please verify whether your device charges normally when using the original cable. Non-braided (non-armoured) cables may prevent charging.
3. After disconnecting the device from the USB output port, reset the portable power station and then attempt to power the device again to check whether the “F9” error has been resolved. To reset: press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other information.

1. Please provide details of the appliance you are using (product name, voltage, current, and power consumption). Also, please confirm whether your appliance complies with the portable power station’s cigarette lighter socket output specifications (12 V / 10 A / 120 W).
2. After disconnecting the appliance from the cigarette lighter socket, reset the portable power station and then attempt to power the appliance again to check whether the “F9” error has been resolved. To reset: press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage and other information.
