When the “F7” error appears during solar charging:
What is the solar condition when the F7 error occurs?
• Is the weather clear or cloudy?
• Is there any shading on the solar panel?
• Are you attempting to charge through glass?
In low-light conditions, voltage may drop below the required level, triggering the “F7” error and preventing charging. Once sufficient sunlight returns, charging will resume automatically — please rest assured. For best results, try charging outdoors on a clear day, in an unobstructed location.
How to clear a temporary error:
If none of the above apply, the issue may be a temporary fault. To reset the portable power station, press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other status information — this confirms the reset has been completed.
