We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please review the troubleshooting steps below.
When the “F6” error appears while powering electrical devices:
1. Please let us know the name, model and power rating (in watts) of the electrical device in use when the “F6” error occurred.
2. Recovery method: Unplug the electrical device from the AC output port, then allow the power station to rest for approximately two hours to cool down fully. Afterwards, perform a reset by pressing and holding both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the battery percentage and other information — this confirms the reset is complete. Check whether the issue has been resolved.
When the “F6” error appears during charging:
1. Please verify the supply voltage.
If the mains voltage is below 200 V, charging will not commence.
In some areas, voltage fluctuations may occur (e.g., lights flickering).
2. High-temperature protection activation
Prolonged use with high-load devices may cause internal temperature to rise, triggering protective shutdown and displaying the “F6” error.
→ Allow the power station to cool for approximately four hours, then attempt the reset procedure above before retrying charging.
3. Request for further information
To help us assess the situation accurately, could you please share a photo or short video showing both the full unit and the display screen?
