1. Please check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Is the DC output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the cigarette lighter socket is not supplying power to your device, please let us know the device’s name, model, and power consumption (wattage), along with any other relevant details.
4. Please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any warning symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting the device from the cigarette lighter socket, try resetting the portable power station. Then retest whether power can be supplied.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Also, please verify whether the cigarette lighter socket can supply power to other devices.
