1. Please check whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Is the USB output button’s indicator light illuminated?
3. If the USB output port is unable to power your device, please let us know the device’s name, model, and power consumption (wattage), along with any other relevant details.
4. Please check the portable power station’s LCD screen for any unusual symbols or error messages.
5. After disconnecting your device from the USB output port, try resetting the portable power station, then recheck whether power delivery resumes.
To reset: Press and hold both the Power and USB buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
6. Please try using the device’s original charging cable.
7. Also, please verify whether the USB output port can successfully power other devices.
