Troubleshooting checklist:
1. There may be a poor connection — please unplug and reinsert the cable several times.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the portable power station, check whether the LCD screen displays the car cigarette-lighter charging icon.
3. With the charging cable connected, confirm whether the LCD screen shows an “Input” power value.
4. Check whether the LCD screen displays any warning symbols (e.g., overheating) or error codes.
5. Ensure the ambient temperature during charging falls within the portable power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
6. Verify that your vehicle’s cigarette-lighter socket supplies sufficient power — specifically, 12 V / 10 A / 120 W. If the output is insufficient, the socket’s overload protection may activate, preventing charging.
