We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please ensure the following when charging your device via AC power:
1. Reset the device
Press and hold both the Power button and the USB button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will briefly turn off and then relight, displaying the remaining battery percentage — this confirms the reset has been completed.
2. Ensure the charging cable is securely connected
Unplug the AC charging cable, then firmly reinsert it. Check whether charging has commenced.
3. If the mains voltage in your area falls below 220 V, charging may not start, as this is outside the specified operating range.
Have you experienced voltage instability in your area (e.g., lights flickering or dimming)?
4. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the power station’s operating range (0 °C to 40 °C).
5. Confirm that the AC charging icon is displayed on the screen.
If the issue persists, please share a short video clearly showing the INPUT (W) value displayed on the screen. Should an error code appear (e.g., F1, F2, or an over-temperature warning), kindly let us know the exact code shown.
(Ensure the screen display is clearly visible in your video.)
We’ll be happy to assist you further.
