1. The warranty starts on the day the product is purchased.
2. To register the warranty, we require the following information: order number, serial number, and proof of purchase.
① Order number: You can find the order number in the order history of the account you used to purchase the product.
② Serial number: The serial number is located on the product itself and is given in the format “S\N: XXXXXXXX”; alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the nameplate to retrieve the serial number.
③ Proof of purchase: If you bought the Jackery product in a physical store or from a retailer, please upload an invoice or other valid proof of purchase.
