You can submit the extension request via the "Warranty Extension" page on our website. The following are required:
1. Order number;
2. Device serial number (located on the device);
3. Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice).
After successful verification, the warranty will be extended accordingly. Please note that the warranty extension claim can only be made within the original warranty period.
