Troubleshooting steps:
- Please confirm if the Bluetooth connection is working properly.
- Please confirm if the wireless router is a 2.4G router (WiFi currently only supports 2.4G routers and does not support 5G).
- Please confirm if the WiFi password is entered correctly.
- Please check the router settings: If the router has set specific security authentication methods (such as MAC address filtering, WPA3 encryption, etc.) or has set restrictions on the number of connected devices, it will cause the power station to fail to connect WiFi.
- Please check the network signal quality. If the signal quality is poor, please change the network and try to connect again;
- If the WiFi module of the portable power station is faulty or the domain name is incorrect, please contact customer service for handling.
