Troubleshooting steps:
- If the distance between the mobile phone and the portable power station is too far or there are obstacles (walls, metal doors), the connection may be lost. Please adjust the distance or the position of the device, and then check if the connection is restored.
- If the Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the portable power station is interrupted after 5 minutes, the Bluetooth module of the device will automatically shut down. If the reconnection fails, please restart the device and then reconnect.
- If there are too many and too diverse Bluetooth devices connected to the mobile phone, it may cause interference, resulting in the disconnection with the device.
- Please confirm whether the Bluetooth modules of the mobile phone and the portable power station are compatible. The Bluetooth module of the device is version 5.0 (compatibility is best when the versions are the same. Lower versions can be compatible with higher versions, but there may be unstable situations).
It is recommended to use a mobile phone with a Bluetooth version consistent with the device for connection. If the connection interruption problem still exists, then the compatibility issue can be excluded. - The Bluetooth module may be manually disabled during use (accidentally turning off Bluetooth). If the DC (direct current) and AC (alternating current) buttons are pressed simultaneously for 1 second, the Bluetooth module will be turned off and the connection will be interrupted.
- Please make sure that the device is kept away from interference sources, such as microwave ovens, routers, etc. Otherwise, the Bluetooth will be affected.
- Please confirm if the APP is turned on. If the mobile phone exits the APP and performs operations such as making calls, the Bluetooth will be disconnected.
