Troubleshooting steps:
- Please check if the wireless router has set up a hidden WiFi. If so, please unset it.
- Confirm if the router has set a limit on the number of devices that can connect. If so, please unset it.
- Confirm if it is a 2.4G network (5G network is not supported).
- If the WiFi signal is weak or the signal fluctuates frequently and is unstable, the device will not be able to scan for the required WiFi. It is recommended to restart the phone or change the WiFi environment.
- If the device is too far from the router, it will cause the device to be unable to receive the signal.
