Car charging port cannot output

Troubleshooting steps:

① Check whether the connection between the car charge port and the device is loose.

② Ensure that the battery level of power supply is sufficient (SOC = 0 results in no output, that is, no output when the remaining battery level is 0).

③ Confirm that the car charger switch is turned on (green light is on).

④ Check whether the device power exceeds the nominal value of 12V/120W.
