AC (alternating current) cannot output

Troubleshooting steps:

① Check whether the connection between AC port and equipment is loose.

② Ensure that the battery power of power supply is sufficient (it cannot output when the remaining battery level = 0).

③Confirm that the AC switch is turned on (green light is on), and the voltage and frequency are displayed in the upper right corner.
