Troubleshooting steps:
① Check whether the USB port is deformed, the pin is damaged or the adhesive tongue is broken.
② Ensure that the USB port is connected with the equipment tightly and the charging cable is intact.
③ Confirm that the power supply is sufficient (SOC = 0 results in no output, that is, no output when the remaining battery level is 0).
④ Check whether the USB switch is turned on (green indicator light needs to be lit).
⑤ Check whether the power of the equipment exceeds the nominal power of USB (e.g. 5V/2A).
