Fault symptom: no charging icon; INPUT does not display power
Troubleshooting steps:
① Check if there is an AC charging sign on the display screen. If there is no sign, check whether both ends of the charging cable (the plug and the power storage unit) are securely plugged in, and whether the cable is damaged. If the cable is damaged, please replace it; if not, please replace the power socket and charge again.
② Confirm whether the ambient temperature is within the range of 0~45 ℃ (abnormal temperature will trigger temperature protection).
③ Check whether the SOC (remaining battery level) is 100% (no charging at full battery level is normal protection state).
④ Check whether the screen displays fault code F6. If so, please follow the fault code procedure to troubleshoot (abnormal mains input or inverter over temperature).
