1.F0 BMS communication failure
Processing steps:
Reset (Method: POWER + USB/DCorDISPLAY + USB/DC), self-check and clear the fault code;
If there is no improvement, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment.
2.F1 Inverter communication failure
Processing steps:
Reset (Method: POWER + USB/DCorDISPLAY + USB/DC), self-check and clear the fault code;
If there is no improvement, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment.
3.F2 Charging module communication failure
Processing steps:
Reset (Method: POWER + USB/DCorDISPLAY + USB/DC), self-check and clear the fault code;
If there is no improvement, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment.
4.F3 Battery failure
Processing steps:
Charge the battery for 5-10 minutes immediately, then check whether the fault code disappears;
If the fault code is still there, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment.
5.F4 Battery overvoltage
Processing steps:
Reset (Method: POWER + USB/DCorDISPLAY + USB/DC), self-check and clear the fault code;
If there is no improvement, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment.
6.F5 Battery undervoltage
Processing steps:
Charge the battery for 5-10 minutes immediately, then check whether the fault code disappears;
If the fault code is still there, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment.
7.F6 Inverter abnormality
Processing steps:
Check whether the power of external device exceeds the rated power of the power supply. If yes, please disconnect the overload device;
Use external device B to check if the charging process is normal. If it is normal, it might be that external device A is short-circuited. Please disconnect the short-circuited device A.
If the problem is not solved, please contact customer service for after-sales maintenance.
8.F7 Charging module abnormality
Processing steps:
Check whether the input voltage of the solar energy is too high; Please note: The input voltage of the solar panel (the sum of the series voltages) must not exceed the rated voltage of the energy storage power DC (direct current).
Reset (Method: POWER + USB/DCorDISPLAY + USB/DC), If it is ineffective, please contact customer service for repair or return.
9.F8 Battery charge and discharge overcurrent/short circuit
Processing steps:
Reset (Method: POWER + USB/DCorDISPLAY + USB/DC), please check whether the battery connection is normal;
If the fault is still there, please contact after-sales maintenance.
10.F9 DC output overcurrent/short circuit
Processing steps:
Check whether the USB or car charger interface is overloaded (the power of the external device should be consistent with the rated power of the USB of the energy storage device) or short-circuited (the external device cannot use other power supplies);
Disconnect the overload/short-circuited device and observe whether it recovers;
If there is no improvement, please contact after-sales maintenance.
11.High temperature alarm
Processing steps:
Move the device to a cool and ventilated place. The device will automatically release the alarm when the temperature returns to normal;
If the alarm persists even when the temperature is normal, please contact customer service.
12.Low temperature alarm
Processing steps:
Move the device to a warm place. The device will automatically release the alarm when the temperature returns to normal;
If the alarm persists even when the temperature is normal, please contact customer service.
