AC (alternating current) charging cannot be fully charged

Fault symptom: stuck at 85% or 99%

Troubleshooting steps:

① 85% limit: Check whether the "battery saving mode" is turned on in APP (path: battery setting → switch to fully use mode).

② 99% slow charging: It is a normal phenomenon for the charging power to decrease in the later stage. It is recommended to extend the charging time by more than 30 minutes. Mute mode or low-temperature environments will prolong the charging time.
