Fault symptom: inconsistent with the nominal

Troubleshooting steps:

① Check whether the SOC (remaining battery level) is in the range of 0%-5% (the range of 0% to 5% belongs to the pre-charging stage, and the charging power is relatively low).

② Confirm whether the device is in the mute mode. The mute mode will result in low charging power. It is recommended to choose the normal mode (such as fast charging mode, etc.).

③ Monitor the battery temperature (20-25 ℃ is the best; low temperature will reduce the power).
