Abnormal Symbols and Handling Guidelines

1.Low battery symbol (low battery power)

Solution: Charge the device for 10 minutes. If the abnormal situation persists after charging, please contact the after-sales service for repair.

2.Overcharge symbol (battery overcharge)

Solution: Reset. If the abnormal situation still persists after resetting, please contact customer service for further assistance.

3.High temperature symbol (internal overheating)

Solution: Check the ambient temperature. Please reset the device after the temperature returns to normal.

4.Low temperature symbol (internal supercooling)

Solution: Check the ambient temperature. Please reset the device after the temperature returns to normal.

5.Overload symbol (power overload)

Solution: Restart the device after removing the load.
