AC (alternating current) charging heating issue

Fault symptom: The surface of the AC charger and the power housing become warm during charging.

Troubleshooting steps:

① Normal condition: Heat is generated during charging as both the charger and the energy storage unit are in operation. When the temperature rises too high, the internal fan of energy storage will start to cool the system.

② Abnormal condition: If there is an unusual smell or smoke, please stop using the device immediately.
