Fault symptom: Charger charging power is lower than nominal value
Troubleshooting steps:
① External charger specifications: USB PD (fast charging) external chargers have various specifications (such as 45W, 60W, 100W). Different specifications may result in variations in charging power. It is recommended to configure a 100W charger to achieve better charging performance.
② Remaining battery level (SOC): When the SOC is high, the charging power will be small; It is recommended to evaluate the charging power when the SOC is 10%-50%.
③ Ambient temperature: This model is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery, which is sensitive to temperature. The optimal charging temperature is 20-25℃. When the temperature is too low, the power supply will automatically reduce the charging power to protect the battery.
