Jackery's return and recycling service is open to all EU and UK customers who purchase Jackery power products through authorized sales channels.

Recycling services are provided free of charge:

-For products returned within the warranty period, Jackery will bear the return cost.

-For out-of-warranty equipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
