Processing Steps

The logistics carriers and delivery timeliness may vary among different countries:

1. Orders in the UK are delivered by DPD and Royal Mail. The delivery time is approximately 4 working days.
2. Orders in Germany and Austria are delivered by DPD. The delivery time is 3-7 working days.
3. For other countries in the European Union, such as France, Italy and Spain, the delivery time is 4-5 working days.
4. Delivery to remote countries or regions is expected to take 7 working days or longer.
5. Due to weather, traffic conditions, holidays and other reasons, the delivery may be delayed.
