Upgradable products are listed in the evaluation form.
Customers can upgrade their Jackery products by filling out the upgrade evaluation form on the Jackery official website (please select the corresponding site). Only one product can be upgraded per evaluation form. If multiple Jackery products need to be upgraded, a separate evaluation form must be filled out for each product.
Once the evaluation form is submitted, Jackery will send the upgrade value estimation via email within 7 days. The upgrade value is estimated based on factors such as the product model, manufacturing date, and product condition description. If the actual condition of the product does not match the description submitted, the final upgrade value may differ.
Customers need to register as a member on the Jackery official website first. After registration, they can track the upgrade progress by logging into their Jackery account and accessing "My Upgrades".
Customers can also choose to reject the estimated upgrade value and cancel the upgrade. After confirmation, Jackery will send a prepaid return label via email.
The upgrade process can be cancelled before the gift card is issued and sent. Please note that once the gift card is issued, the upgrade process is considered complete.
After receiving the product and verifying the current product condition, within 3 working days, Jackery will provide the estimated upgrade value in the form of Jackery gift card to the customer.
Jackery gift card can be used on the Jackery official website (consistent with the site where the original order was placed) without a minimum spending requirement. However, gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used for refunds or price adjustments for orders already placed. Gift card will expire within 3 years after issuance, so please use it promptly.
The submitted personal information will be protected by Jackery's privacy policy. Submitting the evaluation form indicates consent to Jackery's services and privacy policy.
Jackery reserves the final interpretation rights for this project.
