Processing Steps
- Log in to OMS -- Click on the Customer Service Center -- ITR Management -- Click to create an ITR
- Fill in the basic information and click "Create" (if there is a prompt about existing duplicate registration records, please click "Continue Creating")
(1) Department - Select [Operations] Corresponding responsible person table:
(2) Fill in the Zendesk ID, if not available, please fill in 0
(3) The acceptance person and organization are fixedly selected as Chen Yujing and JT
Fill in the detailed information
(1) The basic information will be automatically generated, no need to modify
(2) Feedback content: Fill in all the information, please select the detailed reason in the problem classification(select one). If the product parameters are incorrect, please follow the following steps to select Operations -- Details page (i.e., purchase page) -- Product information -- Basic parameter error
(3) Upload relevant screenshots or files of the problem in the attachment information
