- Shipping address
- Solar panel serial number (SN)
- Several photos showing the power station’s display reading “Solar Input: 0” when only that panel is connected.

- For **E240, E500, E1000**: First, attempt to charge the power station using the **AC charging cable**.
- For **E1000 Pro, E1500 Pro, E2000 Pro, E3000 Pro, E1000 Plus, E2000 Plus, E500 V2, E1000 V2, E2000 V2, E3000 V2, E100 Plus, E300 Plus, E240 V2, E300 D**: Attempt to charge the power station using the **car charging cable**.
This step helps diagnose potential faults in the power station’s input port.
**Testing Procedure for Multiple Solar Panels:**
1. Connect only one solar panel to the power station at a time.
2. Ensure each connection is secure and reliable.
3. Record the PV input value displayed on the screen for each panel.
