We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the solar panel input equals 0W, please try to charge the power station via the AC charging cable to see if it succeeds. This is to confirm if there is any fault with the 7909 input port of the power station. If the DC input port is not the issue, further check the connection between the solar panel and the power station:
1. Confirm the model of the power station and solar panel according to the order information and product nameplate.
Please note that E500/E500V2, E240/E240V2, E1000/E1000V2 may easily cause confusion, so check if there is a V2 mark on the QR code on the power station nameplate.
2. When connecting the power station and solar panel, please ensure the solar panel wiring is plugged tightly and the end connected to the power station is compatible with the input port of the power station. The interface models for each power station are as follows:
DC7909 interface: E240/E500/E1000
DC8020 interface: E1000Pro/E1500Pro/E2000Pro/E3000Pro/E1000Plus/E2000Plus/E500V2/E1000V2/E2000V2/E3000V2
USB-C interface: E100Plus/E300Plus/E240V2/E300D
To distinguish easily, the DC7909 interface has a black inner ring, while the DC8020 is all silver. For models that require a USB-C connection, please ensure you are using an 8020/7909 to USB-C adapter.
If you have tried this and it still doesn't work, please take several photos to show the installation of the solar panel and the interface connected to the power station for further assistance.
We look forward to your reply.
