Even when Battery Saving Mode is set to limit charging between 15% and 85%, your unit may still charge fully to 100% due to one of the following reasons:
1. As part of Battery Saving Mode’s operational design, after ten consecutive Battery Saving Mode cycles, the device automatically permits a full charge (while maintaining discharge at 15%) to recalibrate battery capacity accurately. Once calibration is complete, Battery Saving Mode resumes automatically. This ensures precise remaining battery level readings.
2. Battery Saving Mode may become deactivated following certain settings-related actions. Specifically, Battery Saving Mode will be disabled if you:
• Reset the unit itself; or
• Unpair the unit from the smartphone app.
Please check whether either of these applies. If the issue persists, we’d be happy to assist further—please don’t hesitate to contact us.
