The battery cannot charge above 85%. Is this a malfunction?

This may not be a fault but rather a normal behaviour caused by the “Battery Settings”.
In the app, you can select either [Full Use] or [Battery Saving Mode].

1. Battery Saving Mode
To extend battery lifespan, charging and discharging are restricted within a specific range:
Charging range: 15% to 85%
Discharging range: from 85% down to 15%
Therefore, it is normal for charging to stop automatically as the battery approaches 85%.

2. Full Use Mode
When selected, the battery can be charged fully from 0% to 100% and discharged completely from 100% down to 0%.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please switch the app’s “Battery Settings” to [Full Use] and check whether full charging is then possible.
