If you experience Wi-Fi disconnection or instability, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Check Wi-Fi signal strength
Weak or unstable signals are commonly caused by:
• Excessive distance between your device and the router (we recommend keeping them within 10–15 metres).
• Obstructions such as walls or furniture blocking the signal path.
• Placement of the router in an enclosed or confined space (e.g., inside a cabinet, corner, or utility box) or near other electronic devices.
• Interference from other wireless devices.
We recommend:
• Positioning the router in an open, elevated, and well-ventilated location.
• Ensuring a clear line of sight between your device and the router.
2. Investigate router or network issues
Unstable Wi-Fi may stem from anomalies at the signal source:
• Router overheating, overload, or the need for a restart.
• Too many connected devices.
• Network configuration restrictions (e.g., encryption type, channel congestion).
We recommend:
• Restarting the router.
• Disconnecting unused devices.
• Reviewing router settings (e.g., encryption method, channel selection).
3. Consider your operating environment
Extreme environmental conditions can affect Wi-Fi module performance:
• Temperatures that are excessively high or low.
• High humidity, condensation, dusty conditions, or exposure to splashing water.
We recommend using the device in a temperate, dry environment.
4. Check your device’s power settings
Portable power stations automatically power off under the following condition to conserve energy:
• All output ports are inactive and no charging input (AC/solar, etc.) is detected for approximately two hours.
You can adjust the “Auto Power-Off Time” setting via the app. To maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection, we recommend selecting “Never”.
5. If the issue persists
If none of the above steps resolve the problem, there may be an internal fault with the Wi-Fi module. Please reply to this email with details of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
