If you experience Wi-Fi disconnection or unstable connectivity, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Wi-Fi signal strength
Weak or unstable signals are commonly caused by:
— Excessive distance between your device and the router (we recommend keeping it within 10–15 metres).
— Physical obstructions such as walls or furniture blocking the signal path.
— Router placement in enclosed spaces (e.g., inside cabinets, corners, or utility boxes) or near electronic appliances.
— Interference from other wireless devices.
We recommend:
— Positioning your router in an open, elevated, and well-ventilated location.
— Ensuring a clear line of sight between your device and the router.
2. Investigate router or network issues
Unstable Wi-Fi may stem from anomalies at the signal source:
— Router overheating, overload, or the need for a restart.
— Too many connected devices.
— Network configuration restrictions (e.g., outdated encryption methods or channel congestion).
We recommend:
— Restarting your router.
— Disconnecting unused devices.
— Reviewing your router’s settings (e.g., encryption type, wireless channel).
3. Consider your operating environment
Extreme conditions can impair normal Wi-Fi module operation:
— Temperatures outside the recommended range.
— High humidity, condensation, dust, or exposure to water splashes.
We recommend using your device in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
4. Review device power settings
Portable power stations may automatically power off to conserve energy, resulting in Wi-Fi disconnection when:
— All outputs are switched off and no charging input (AC/solar, etc.) is detected for approximately two hours.
You can adjust the “Auto Power-Off Timer” via the app. To maintain continuous Wi-Fi connectivity, we recommend setting it to “Never”.
5. If the issue persists
If none of the above steps resolve the problem, there may be an internal fault with the Wi-Fi module. Please reply to this email with full details of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
