Bluetooth connection interrupted

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the Bluetooth disconnection.
Bluetooth connectivity issues may arise for the following reasons:

1. Excessive distance between devices
The recommended maximum distance between the portable power station and your smartphone is 10 metres. Beyond this range, signal stability may deteriorate, leading to disconnection.
If the distance exceeds 10 metres for approximately five minutes, the Bluetooth module inside the unit will automatically power down as part of its energy-saving design. When this occurs, the Bluetooth icon on the unit’s display will turn off.
To reactivate Bluetooth, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons on the unit simultaneously. Once the Bluetooth icon appears and begins flashing on the display, the unit is ready for reconnection.

2. Closing the app interface
After establishing a Bluetooth connection between the portable power station and the app, please keep the app’s control interface open and visible.
If you navigate away from the interface — for example, by returning to a previous screen or closing the app entirely — the Bluetooth connection will disconnect automatically.
There is no need to restart the unit to reconnect. Simply open the app, go to the Home screen, tap “My Devices”, and enter the control interface; Bluetooth will reconnect automatically.

3. The portable power station has been powered off
Bluetooth connectivity is lost when the unit itself is switched off.
This unit features an automatic shutdown function: if all outputs are inactive and no input power (e.g., AC or solar) is detected, it will power down after approximately two hours to conserve energy.
You can adjust this auto-shutdown timer via the app.
For stable Bluetooth operation, we recommend either extending the auto-shutdown time or disabling it entirely within the app settings.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. In the app, set “Auto Power-Off Timer” to “Never”.
2. Confirm that the Bluetooth icon on the unit’s display is illuminated and flashing.
3. Keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the unit.
