We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the disconnection of your Bluetooth connection.
Bluetooth connectivity issues may arise for several reasons:
1. Excessive distance between devices
The recommended maximum distance between the portable power station and your smartphone is 10 metres.
Beyond this range, signal stability may deteriorate, potentially causing Bluetooth disconnection.
If the distance exceeds 10 metres for approximately 5 minutes, the Bluetooth module inside the power station will automatically power down as part of its energy-saving design. When this occurs, the Bluetooth icon on the unit’s display will turn off.
To reactivate Bluetooth, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons on the unit simultaneously. If the Bluetooth icon appears and begins flashing on the display, the unit is ready to reconnect.
2. Closing or navigating away from the app interface
Once connected via Bluetooth, please keep the app interface open and visible on your smartphone screen.
If you close the app, return to a previous menu, or switch to another application, the Bluetooth connection will disconnect automatically.
No need to restart the power station to reconnect. Simply open the app, tap “My Devices” on the home screen, and the Bluetooth connection will re-establish automatically.
3. The portable power station has been powered off
Bluetooth connectivity is lost when the power station itself is switched off.
The unit will automatically power down after approximately two hours if all outputs are inactive and no input power (e.g., AC or solar) is detected — this is part of its energy-saving design.
You can adjust the auto-shutdown timer directly via the app.
To maintain stable Bluetooth connectivity, we recommend setting the auto-shutdown timer to “Never” in the app.
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. In the app, set “Auto Power-Off” to “Never”
2. Confirm that the Bluetooth icon on the power station’s display is visible and flashing
3. Keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the power station
