Bluetooth connection interrupted

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the Bluetooth disconnection.
Bluetooth instability may primarily stem from the following causes:

1. Excessive connection distance

The recommended operating distance between the portable power station and your smartphone is within 10 metres.
Beyond 10 metres, the signal may become unstable, leading to Bluetooth disconnection.

If the distance exceeds 10 metres for more than approximately 5 minutes,
the unit’s power-saving design may automatically disable the internal Bluetooth module.
In this case, the Bluetooth icon on the device display will turn off.

To re-enable Bluetooth, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons simultaneously.
If the Bluetooth icon appears and begins flashing on the display, the device is ready for reconnection.

2. Closing the app interface

After connecting the portable power station to the app via Bluetooth, please keep the app interface open and visible.

If you close the interface, navigate back to a previous menu, or exit the app entirely, the Bluetooth connection will disconnect automatically.

To reconnect, there is no need to restart the power station.
Simply open the app, go to the Home screen, tap your device under “My Devices”, and enter the control interface — Bluetooth will reconnect automatically.

3. The portable power station has been powered off

When the portable power station itself is switched off, the Bluetooth connection will also be terminated.

This unit automatically powers down after approximately two hours if all outputs are disabled and no charging input (AC/solar, etc.) is detected — as part of its power-saving design.

Additionally, the auto-shutdown timer can be adjusted via the app.

To ensure stable Bluetooth connectivity, please verify that the auto-power-off timer is extended or disabled in the app settings.

For effective troubleshooting, please try the following steps:

1. In the app, set “Auto Power-Off Timer” to “Never”
2. Confirm that the Bluetooth icon on the power station is illuminated and flashing
3. Keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the portable power station
