Bluetooth connection interrupted

Bluetooth disconnection has caused you inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for this.
Unstable Bluetooth connections are commonly caused by the following factors:

1. Excessive distance between devices
The recommended maximum distance between the portable power station and your smartphone is 10 metres. Beyond this range, the signal may weaken, leading to disconnection.

If the distance exceeds 10 metres for approximately five minutes, the Bluetooth module inside the unit will automatically power down as part of its energy-saving design. When this occurs, the Bluetooth icon on the unit’s display will turn off.

To reactivate Bluetooth, press and hold both the AC and USB buttons on the unit simultaneously. If the Bluetooth icon appears and begins flashing on the display, the unit is ready for reconnection.

2. Closing the app interface
Once connected via Bluetooth, please keep the app interface open and active on your smartphone.

If you close the interface, navigate away to a previous menu, or exit the app entirely, the Bluetooth connection will disconnect automatically.

No need to restart the portable power station to reconnect. Simply return to the app’s home screen, tap “My Devices”, and enter the control interface — Bluetooth will reconnect automatically.

3. Portable power station powered off
When the portable power station is switched off, Bluetooth connectivity is also terminated.

This unit features an auto-shutdown function: if all outputs are inactive and no input power (e.g., AC or solar) is detected, it will automatically power down after approximately two hours, in line with its energy-saving design.

You can adjust the auto-shutdown timer via the app.

To ensure stable Bluetooth connectivity, please verify that the auto-shutdown timer is either extended or disabled within the app settings.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. In the app, set “Auto Power-Off” to “Never”
2. Confirm that the Bluetooth icon on the unit’s display is visible and flashing
3. Keep your smartphone within 10 metres of the portable power station
